Who you are : An integral member of the restaurant’s service team who excels at hospitality and quick decision making, and thrives in a busy workplace. Previous serving experience is a must.

What you’ll do : Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests. Servers must have in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menus, as well as a comprehensive base knowledge of wine, spirits, classic cocktails, and culinary techniques. The person in this role should enjoy a busy pace, maintaining a sense of urgency while ensuring proper steps of restaurant service, and keeping their workspace organized. Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.

What we need from you : 2+ years previous serving experience is a must. Willing and eager to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality. Schedule availability for at least 3 lunch shifts.
