SAP solution support Assist senior functional leads with configuration in SAP modules supporting STR : CS / SD (service orders, quotes, billing), PM / EAM (equipment / installed base), MM (inventory / purchasing), PP (repair orders / routings), QM (inspection / testing), FI / CO (costing / settlement), DMS, and Fiori apps. Help enable serial number tracking, equipment asfound / asleft history, warranties, core charges / exchanges, repair BOMs / routings, and COPA margin visibility. Support pricing conditions for repair quotes and ensure accurate cost capture and settlement flows. Testing, training, and change Create test scripts; execute unit / SIT / UAT; log defects and retest fixes. Prepare SOPs, quick reference guides, and training materials; conduct enduser training. Support golives, stabilization, and hypercare; meet ticket resolution SLAs and track recurring issues for continuous improvement. Data and integration Partner on master data governance : equipment records, materials, repair BOMs, work centers, routings, warranties, and condition records. Coordinate with IT on interfaces (IDocs / APIs) to CRM, logistics (EWM / WM), document management, labeling / certificates, and reporting. Maintain process documentation and ensure auditability and compliance (EHS, trade controls, tax, finance). Reporting and KPIs Build and maintain dashboards / views for STR performance. Monitor and analyze key metrics; recommend actions to improve cycle time, margin accuracy, and firstpass yield. Key outcomes / KPIs STR cycle time (RMA to quote; approval to ship) Ontime delivery and invoice accuracy Repair margin accuracy (planned vs. actual) and rework rate Firstpass yield / quality and warranty claim rate Installed base / serialization data accuracy User adoption and ticket resolution SLAs Qualifications Required 10+ years working with SAP in service / repair or aftermarket processes (S / 4HANA preferred; ECC acceptable). Exposure to and / or handson support in at least two of : CS / SD, PM / EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI / CO; willingness to learn others. Experience documenting requirements, writing functional specs, and executing structured testing. Strong analytical skills with comfort in data validation, basic reporting, and KPI tracking. Effective communication, stakeholder collaboration, and user training ability. Preferred Experience in rotating equipment, valves, seals, or industrial aftermarket services. Familiarity with Fiori apps for service, EWM / WM logistics, COPA reporting, and document management. Knowledge of equipment serialization, warranty processing, and variant configuration basics. Exposure to Agile practices (backlog management, sprint ceremonies) Participation in multisite / global SAP projects or template deployments.
