We are seeking a driven, customer-focused, and collaborative Recruiter I to join our High-Volume Recruitment Team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of blue-collar and white-collar roles within our product lines, while supporting additional business areas as needed.

As a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, HR Leaders and key stakeholders, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle — delivering effective, high-quality staffing solutions that meet both current and future workforce needs. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between business priorities and talent acquisition efforts, while creating a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across multiple contracts and locations.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Managers to understand position requirements, team culture, and business goals.
  • Lead intake sessions and ongoing touch-base meetings to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal HR partners (Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and Recruiting Administration) to drive recruitment success.
  • Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical high-volume roles.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional, timely, and transparent communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and generate reports as needed to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company at hiring events and recruitment campaigns to support new business launches or expansions.
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the TA team on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments with evolving business needs.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service-driven approach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms is a strong plus.
