Senior Counsel - IT Procurement

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - IT Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to technology solutions, IT procurement, and intellectual property

Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements

Manage legal projects and provide effective legal services with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial contracting, health law, technology law, or intellectual property

Law Degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar

Expertise in negotiating healthcare data and technology solutions agreements

Familiarity with patent matters and ability to advise on intellectual property issues

Strong commercial contracting experience and project management skills
