Schedule Night 3x12-Hour shifts from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15. Every other weekend coverage is required. Job Description This is a float position covering several medical, surgical, and telemetry units. Duties include providing direct patient care and assisting in the management of patients held in the Emergency Department who are inpatient. The role requires effective teamwork and adherence to Novant's behavioral expectations in all interactions with patients and staff. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various units Perform cardiac monitoring and emergency response as needed Interpret and manage dysrhythmias effectively Assist in rapid response and code team situations Follow isolation precautions and proper patient care protocols Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Registered Nurse licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Experience with Epic charting system is required Why ARMStaffing?
