Lets face it : You didnt become an OT (Occupational Therapist) to sit in traffic or work under fluorescent lights all day. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we get it because were clinician-owned.     • What You'll Do :

  • Create personalized, functional treatment plans that focus on what matters most to your patients independence.
  • Complete home safety evaluations (aka make homes easier to live in without turning into a renovation show).
  • Educate patients and caregivers like the OT superstar you are.
  • Keep documentation efficient and straightforward with our user-friendly EMR system.
  • Make a genuine impact and get to see the difference you make.

    What Were Looking For :

  • Licensed OTR (Occupational Therapist) in Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
  • Experience with EMRs preferred (we promise ours isnt a nightmare)
  • Home health experience is a bonus, but well help you ramp up either way
