Job Description

• First point of contact for visitors and guests
• Answer incoming office phone calls and direct as necessary
• Answer emails, team requests and other written communication promptly
• Accept deliveries for the office (postal service, fedex etc.)
• Sort and deliver mail to internal team members
• Create and close work orders (tickets) for operations team
• Assist Office Manager with ordering supplies and office function setup and breakdown
• All other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
