Provider Enrollment Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team and provide excellent service to healthcare providers across Medicaid programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing provider enrollment applications, resolving deficiencies, and interacting professionally with providers and ancillary staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of incoming calls from healthcare providers.
• Communicate with providers via phone and email to assist with application deficiencies.
• Process and complete provider enrollment and file maintenance requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain production quotas and quality standards, including a minimum 98% QA score.
• Research incomplete applications and contact providers for follow-up.
• Identify and resolve application issues using critical thinking and documented procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive provider and healthcare information.
• Participate in continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
• Accurately update and maintain system records for all provider interactions.
• Stay current on Medicaid enrollment policies and industry practices.
