Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and control costs.
- Maintain inventory and manage supply chain operations to ensure optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Represent the restaurant in community events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications :
