Manager - Regulatory & Operations Support

Lead and manage all aspects of regulatory, compliance and operations support services within WhiteWater, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement, team coordination, and business growth.

Hiring Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' experience in Water or Wastewater management, compliance, or environmental engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants, and making organizational decisions.
• Minimum valid water or wastewater licenses T1-DW or 3M-WW.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
