Billing Lead

A company is looking for a PI Billing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coach billing staff through real-time call monitoring

Maintain documentation to support billing staff accuracy and identify trends

Lead and delegate tasks to ensure team productivity and adherence to departmental operations

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with two or more years of relevant experience

Knowledge of attorney practices

Basic computer skills required

Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external customers

Experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and training
