Electrical Service Technician (not installation-only)

What Youll Do

Youll support day-to-day facility maintenance across commercial buildings, focusing on :

  • Lighting & Ballasts troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing
  • Water Heaters electrical components, basic diagnostics
  • Basic Electrical Repairs outlets, switches, breakers, fixtures
  • General Building Maintenance pumps, fans, small motors, doors, equipment
  • HVAC Support belts, filters, minor troubleshooting (no full HVAC work)
  • Preventive Maintenance keeping the building safe, compliant, and operational
  • Commercial Safety Standards LOTO familiarity, safe work practices

    • No heavy industrial systems. No VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, or large manufacturing equipment
