Monitor and record patients vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding support. Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts. Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance practices. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
