Lead mentor and manage Project Managers and Client Support to ensure a unified high-performing team.
Set clear goals provide feedback and drive a positive collaborative culture.
Oversee weekly WIP reporting and act as the main point of escalation for complex issues.
Operational Excellence
Review and ensure accuracy of quotes jobs and order allocation within company guidelines.
Oversee quoting invoicing payment requests and processing for standard and custom projects.
Track customer orders from entry to delivery and maintain stakeholder communication.
Develop and implement customer-centric processes that improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as liaison between Client Support Sales Production and other departments.
Support Sales with inquiries and quoting needs; assist in resolving product issues.
Provide feedback to management and Product Managers on process improvements and product changes.
Training & Development
Partner with People Operations to deliver structured onboarding and upskilling for the team and relevant departments.
Business Improvement
Work with leadership to refine policies improve workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Analyse product- and process-related issues to identify improvement opportunities.
