Key Responsibilities
Process appeals, including determination letters and expedited requests
Update systems and complete necessary reporting while ensuring compliance with turnaround times and regulatory standards
Support the panel hearing process and collaborate with clinical support staff
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Knowledge of the appeals process or relevant experience
Ability to multi-task
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
