Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Partnership Tax, Senior Manager

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Those in mergers and acquisition tax focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.

What You Must Have

  • 5 years of experience
  • CPA, member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • Jurisd Doctorate preferred
  • Experience leading consulting engagements in partnerships and M&A
  • Partnership taxation and qualitative analysis
  • Applying U.S. federal income tax law
  • Developing and sustaining client relationships

    Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $124,000 – $335,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. PwC offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and more.
