Join our well-established team of 2 MDs and 2 night APPs at Covenant Plainview Medical Center.

Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.

The candidate must be board-certified / eligible in internal medicine.

We accept internal medicine trained physicians. Hospitalist experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling :

~Open day hospitalist position shift is 7 am-7 pm, and you will be on call during your shift rotation. You will not need to go back into the hospital.

~ Nights are covered by an APP. We manage both the Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine departments.

Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care and post-operative care to a 49-bed hospital.

Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound's internal informatics platform.

Some providers are preceptors for internal medicine residents from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Hourly compensation for the day shift is $2000; Robust sign-on bonus and RVU & quality bonuses offered.
