A company is looking for a Product Manager, North America to oversee and develop vacation packages and manage technology integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and curate unique travel products that differentiate from competitors while managing product strategy in North America
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality customer experiences
Conduct market research to enhance existing products and identify new opportunities based on travel trends and customer preferences
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management or travel operations, preferably in the travel industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus
Strong understanding of the travel industry, including operational complexities and customer behavior
Experience managing relationships with tour operators and local service providers
Proficient in API integrations and technical systems related to booking and fulfillment
