Requirements :

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., OTs, PTs, SLPs) or equivalent.
  • Must comply with certification and licensure prerequisites set by state and national board associations.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to lead the therapy team, including PTs, OTs, and SLPs
  • Promote a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and staff development.
  • Oversee rehab service delivery for quality patient care.
  • Work with the team to assess patient needs, create treatment plans, and track progress.
  • Aid in recruiting, training, and managing rehab staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff growth.
  • Assist in developing patient-centered rehab programs and staying current with industry trends.
  • Help maintain quality standards, including compliance and safety.
  • Participate in audits and improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the rehab department budget effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
