LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Urgent Care PA in Texas!

We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 39-day assignment in Texas, beginning May 8, 2026. This role involves serving as the sole provider, managing a diverse range of urgent care cases and procedures, including in-office interventions like incision and drainage and sutures. Shifts are structured as either AM from 8am-4pm or PM from 3pm-11pm, requiring a provider ready to manage all cases independently and close charts by the end of each shift.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Function as the sole provider for all urgent care cases and procedures.
• Manage a wide range of urgent care needs, including occupational medicine services at some locations, such as workplace injuries, evaluations, and drug testing.
• Perform in-office procedures including incision and drainage, sutures, foreign body removal, and toenail removal.
• Ensure all patient charts are closed by the end of each shift.
