Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (contract).

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate healthcare professional engagements to ensure compliance with corporate standards

Facilitate compliance with international engagement and disclosure processes

Advise on HCP activities, spend management, and monitor state drug price transparency laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

4-7 years of relevant compliance or legal experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare and life sciences regulations

Experience with industry codes such as PhRMA or AdvaMed

Familiarity with federal and state transparency and reporting requirements
