A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide exceptional support to employees in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR benefits, policies, and employment-related matters
Log cases into the case management system to track and resolve issues efficiently
Guide employees through various life-cycle processes and collaborate with team members to improve employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Several years of experience in human resources and customer service, ideally in a call center environment
Solid understanding of state and federal employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar case management systems is a plus
