Telephone Verification Operator

A company is looking for a Telephone Verification Operator QAC (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications

Use the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed

Maintain communication with management regarding actions in the Quality Assurance database

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm

Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Desire to learn and grow within the company

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
