The Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) invites applications for an exciting opportunity as an Electromechanical Production Specialist . Join our innovative team and contribute significantly to the production execution of the renowned Iron Dome system. You will take charge of integrating mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electrical subassemblies like the All Up Round (AUR), Canister, Circuit Card Assemblies, and more. Be the key technical bridge between suppliers, customers, and our Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.

US Citizenship is a must as this role requires a US Security Clearance (SECRET or higher).

Role Responsibilities :

• Lead initiatives to transfer production expertise to new suppliers
• Travel to manufacturers' sites to evaluate workflows, tooling, and more
• Craft Technical Data Packages (TDP) and manage them through our Configuration Control Board
• Analyze customer Engineering Change Notices for cost implications
• Address technical risks in supplier requests and reports
• Assist Quality teams with AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
• Present status updates and change requests to stakeholders
• Communicate potential production issues to international customers
• Peer review team work routinely and help standardize engineering processes
