The Opportunity

As a Financial Planning Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting advisors and planners by ensuring accurate data input, analyzing scenarios, and driving compliance excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and enjoys being the backbone of a client-focused planning process.

What You'll Do

• Data Management & Analysis : Enter and validate client data in financial planning software (eMoney, RightCapital) and ensure accuracy for compliance purposes.
• Plan Development Support : Assist with plan design, scenario modeling, and strategy recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Workflow Coordination : Manage case flow between advisors, planners, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of plans and smooth communication.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Conduct IGO / NIGO reviews and maintain adherence to FINRA and internal compliance standards.
• Client Experience Enhancement : Prepare presentations and reports that simplify complex concepts for clients and advisors.
• Continuous Improvement : Research and recommend process enhancements and technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
