A company is looking for a Marketing and Growth Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests and optimize customer journeys tied to revenue metrics
Coordinate operational execution of product development initiatives and rebrand initiatives across all marketing touchpoints
Required Qualifications
3 to 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Marketing Project Management
Experience in a DTC, eCommerce, or direct response marketing environment
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, and operations
Hands-on experience with tech and development teams, including managing tickets and QA
Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, or ClickUp
