PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• This clinic is a strong, cohesive team looking for someone truly passionate in Family Medicine to join them.
• This department is in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MD, AP, RN, CA and other support staff. This model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
• The team is made up of 5.15 FTE Physicians, 6.20 FTE APC’s, RN, CA, IBH, Pharm D, PSA and 20.47 FTE additional staff.
• M-F; patient contact hours is 36
• Hours 7am-5pm M-F
• Estimated patients per day : 20
• EPIC medical record
• Flexible starting FTE (0.6-1.0 FTE)
• Call = After hours, phone only (nights & weekends). Call ratio will be 1 : 6
