Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. A positive attitude, natural leadership qualities, and a team-player mentality. Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented. Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Great communication and customer service skills. Loves working outdoors. A valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record are required. 18+ years old Working cell phone with data services Willingness to work in high outdoor temperatures and / or light rain Must pass a background check Reliable transportation to / from our office Available MonFri (some weekends required in peak season)

Love working outdoors and leading by example? Were looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lead Pool Technician to join our energetic, growing team!
What You'll Do :
- Lead and perform expert pool maintenance, including comprehensive water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose and complete light repairs, including light plumbing, pump and motor replacements, filter maintenance, and other equipment issues.
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting and water quality challenges.
- Deliver excellent service, build great client relationships, and act as a primary point of contact on site.
- Lead pool opening / closing procedures and other specialized services.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
