Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU or Telemetry unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Follow hospital policies and AACN guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care
