LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Kodiak, Alaska.

Shift : 3x12 Variable (traveler will work either straight days or straight nights; exact shift will be determined closer to start date based on staffing needs)

Certifications Required : BLS

Skills Required : As applicable for LTC RN

On-Call Required : No

Weekend Requirement : Yes

Floating : Yes, within scope to meet facility needs

Locals Accepted : No (Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility)

Pending License Accepted : Yes

Guaranteed Hours : 60 hours per 2 weeks (traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks)

Housing & Vehicle Information

Facility-Provided Housing and Vehicle

Facility provides housing and a rental vehicle to travelers during the assignment.

Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments.

Housing available no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after it ends.

Pets are not allowed.

Housing typically accommodates only the traveler. Bringing family members must be approved by the facility.

Housing must be cleaned upon departure; otherwise, cleaning fees will be billed to the traveler.

Vehicle Details :

Facility arranges a vehicle for traveler use during the assignment.

Vehicle provided either by the facility or through a rental company.

Vehicle available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start and no longer than 24 hours after contract end.

Only the traveler is authorized to operate the vehicle.

Traveler must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance before driving.

Traveler’s personal insurance must include rental car coverage.

Vehicles are for local use only (within 30-mile radius) — not off-road or long-distance travel.

If traveler takes time off during the contract, the vehicle must be returned and will be reissued upon return.

Tire chains available upon request (additional cost billed to traveler).

Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank of gas.
