Dealership Accounting Coordinator

Location : Tampa Honda, FL

Employment Type : Full-time

Pay range : $20-25 / hr.

What You'll Do :

  • Process Daily Transactions : Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
  • Audit Car Deals : Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
  • Track and Report Issues : Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations : Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
  • Assist with Accounting Schedules : Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Cross-Train and Provide Backup : Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
  • Meet Performance Standards : Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

  • Experience : 1+ years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is preferred.

  • Pay starting between $45,000 and $55,000, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior automotive dealership and CDK experience preferred
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • 18 years or older
