Job Overview – Fund Finance Associate (Private Equity)

Compensation : $80,000 – $90,000 / year + bonus

Location : Boston, MA

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Fund Finance Associate for our client in Boston, MA. This hybrid position supports fund accounting, financial reporting, and operations for private equity funds and co-investment vehicles. You’ll prepare quarterly financials, manage capital activity, and assist with audits while collaborating with compliance and investor relations. Ideal for an accounting professional with fund experience and proficiency in Excel and iLevel.

Responsibilities as the Fund Finance Associate :

• Fund Accounting : Reconcile fund bank accounts and prepare quarterly financial statements, capital reports, and Net IRR calculations for private equity funds and co-invest vehicles.
• Financial Reporting : Compile fund position reports, reconciliations, and work papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Audit & Tax Support : Coordinate with auditors and tax teams during annual audits and regulatory reporting cycles.
• Portfolio Monitoring : Collaborate with the Portfolio Monitoring team on company reporting, transaction closings, and investment documentation using iLevel.
• Investor & Compliance Support : Prepare responses to investor requests, assist with SEC filings, and manage KYC and other regulatory requirements.
