Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems, and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. Compensation : $25 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Certify newly installed components properly function
• Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
• Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Locate and correct HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement
• Quote customers for the costs of HVAC repairs, replacements, and services
