A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to investigate and resolve issues across internal systems and global products.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve issues related to internal and global products
Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with clear, structured documentation of solutions
Manage user access provisioning in accordance with established security policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support, system administration, access management, or a related field
Solid understanding of access management principles, including user lifecycle management
Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles
Basic proficiency in Python (or another programming language) and SQL
Experience with AI development is considered an advantage
