Job Summary
This intern offers support to the Corporate Philanthropy and Community Engagement teams. This position, based on the successful candidate's skill set, may be assigned various tasks to include impact measurement, volunteer coordination and event planning.
Specific Responsibilities may include :
- Data Analysis Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards to track grants, sponsorships, and employee giving and volunteerism impact.
- Volunteer Coordination assist in organizing volunteer opportunities for employees, event promotion and recruiting of volunteers, tracking participation and feedback, and tracking volunteerism data and metrics.
- Event Planning & Coordination Support logistics of nonprofit partner gatherings and community events, including timelines, communications and promotional materials, and on-site event management.

Strong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and ability to work on multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with data tools is a plusValid driver's licenseComfortable around team members at all levels, including senior leadershipPassion for community impactAbility to work a flexible schedule as neededEducation Requirements
Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited two-year or four-year college or universityMust be majoring in Communications, English, History, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or relatedMust have a 2.5 GPA or greaterMust have a graduation date of 2027 or 2028
