ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Associates are expected to provide customers with a level of service beyond the customer's expectation, while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service; to create an uplifting work atmosphere, for both your fellow employees and the customers.
• Job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so!

Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including : Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.

Work Location & Training

Training will take place at the Washington Square Mall, ORlocation

Once the new store opens, location will be changed to Salmon Creek, WA

Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel during the training period.

Qualifications

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
