Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality control team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control processes and will be responsible for overseeing the team of Quality Control inspectors & quality technicians providing day-to-day work direction for direct reports to ensure steady workflow, productivity and resolving operational decisions in support of business objectives.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $82,000 - $153,00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
