ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking the addition of an FI Coordinator to our Self Direction Department! In this position you will support a participant who self directs an individualized budget. The FI is the employer of record for staff hired by the participant. T his position will ensure all services are provided in accordance with the individual's needs and approved OPWDD budget.

Responsibilities :

• Provide oversight and supervision of multiple individualized Self-Direction programs to ensure :

the development Staff Action Plans and Self-Direction Budgets occur according to regulatory requirements
