Position Description : SunRiver Community Association is seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee operations in our community kitchen and dining services. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, resident-focused environment, ensuring quality food service and a welcoming experience for our community members and guests.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with management to create menus, specials, and events.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage Food Costs, Inventory and waste control
• Manage a lunch and dinner Cafe, Event banquet dinners, and a variety of smaller food and beverage events.
• Exceptional communication skills, including conflict resolution
• Problem solving, energetic, and dynamic attitude
