Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, addressing both positive and negative feedback professionally.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Sprout to tag posts and engage with the community effectively.
  • Moderate and manage Facebook groups, identifying urgent posts and ensuring timely responses.
  • Engage with customers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries across all social channels.
  • Conduct research to address customer questions, providing thoughtful solutions and valuable resources.
  • Foster strong community engagement by maintaining consistent and friendly communication.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, public relations, communications, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on community engagement.
  • Ability to respond effectively to comments, direct messages, and posts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to handling feedback.
  • Experience in corporate communications and a good understanding of branding.
  • Familiarity with machinery manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
  • Ability to research and provide solutions to customer inquiries effectively.
