The firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the execution of marketing and business development initiatives for the firm's corporate practice. This position's core function is to provide essential tactical support to the fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is interested in developing a career in law firm business development and gaining exposure to the work of many of the world's most influential companies. This role reports to the Senior Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities Include :

• Support and drive marketing and business development initiatives for the corporate practice
• Participate in the successful production and execution of client events, speaking engagements, and sponsorships, including analyzing attendee lists, preparing mailing lists, creating tailored materials, supporting attorney follow-up, and tracking outcomes and activities in the CRM system
• Prepare compelling marketing and business development collateral, including basic and tailored pitch materials
• Conduct in-depth research on markets, technologies, companies, and individuals for the industry group attorneys
• Support the Business Development team's pitch tracking and reporting activities
• Collaborate with the firmwide business development team to support and drive industry, practice, and technology innovation initiatives

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto, but other locations may be listed. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows : Palo Alto : $29.83 - $40.36 per hour. Century City, Los Angeles, San Diego : $26.97 - $36.49 per hour.

The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
