Remote Outbound Sales Associate

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Sales Associate focused on renewals and win-back.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers

Upsell and add on products and services that fit customer needs

Meet and exceed various KPI targets

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center role

Experience following a script

Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task using various software applications

Ability to connect a computer directly to a modem with an Ethernet cord

Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
