FT/PT: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM

$3 PIB FT Only

$1.50 Shift Diff 3 PM - 11 PM

$1 Shift Diff 11 PM - 7 AM

$28 - $33 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment

• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager

• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Virginia

• Ability to work with multiple patients at once

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
