Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist underwriters and brokers with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Review and process submissions, applications, and supporting documentation.
Enter and maintain accurate client and policy information in internal systems.
Prepare quotes, binders, policy documents, and renewal materials.
Communicate with carriers and clients to obtain missing information and resolve inquiries.
Track policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory underwriting guidelines.
Support the team in reporting, data analysis, and documentation management.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience in insurance, underwriting, or brokerage support preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with brokerage management systems (e.g., EPIC, Applied, TAM) an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details :

The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
