Company Overview :

Soulside AI is a complete AI platform for behavioral health. The solution automates all documentation from patient intake to discharge across multiple care modalities - including group therapy and medication management. Soulside reduces clinicians paperwork time 70% - 90% (from 3 hours per day to 30 mins) and helps maximize time with patients. Soulside agentic AI empowers audit teams by automating note audits and compliance workflows. Through improved documentation quality, Soulside enhances treatment recommendations and reduces billing and regulatory risk for behavioral health organizations.

Role Overview :

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive new business opportunities for Soulside by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. Youll own the top of the sales funnel, turning inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded professional eager to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

As an SDR, you will :

  • Prospect and engage potential clients across behavioral health facilities via cold calls, email, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events by following up with leads and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics, including outreach volume, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings, providing feedback on messaging, market trends, and lead quality.

You will be a good fit if you have :

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital health sales, business development, or SDR roles.
  • Experience in behavioral health in a plus.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and social selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs or sales goals.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
