Meditech Expanse experience required!

The Clinical Informatics Nurse (RN) serves as a bridge between clinical care and technology, leveraging their nursing expertise to optimize the use of Meditech Expanse and other healthcare information systems.

The role focuses on improving workflows, enhancing patient outcomes, and ensuring system usability while providing support and training to clinical staff.

Reports to Information Systems Director.

Work is performed in a hospital environment with exposure to clinical settings.

May require on-call availability for urgent system issues or updates.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.

At least 1-2 years of experience in clinical informatics or EHR system management.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (healthcare administration) preferred.

License, Certification, Registration

Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

Prefer Certification in Nursing Informatics (e.g., ANCC Informatics Nursing Certification) and experience in system implementation or optimization projects.
