We are seeking a detail-oriented

• Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
• with a strong background in testing with
• EHR experience
• . This role in the Development team will focus on ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across software systems, reports, dashboards, performing sanity, functional, integration, and regression, automation testing and collaborating with stakeholders on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have experience in
• Excel, SQL, Power BI, and QA testing techniques
• , and be comfortable working in both technical and business-facing capacities.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Write and optimize
• complex
• SQL queries to validate and troubleshoot data issues across multiple data sources.
• Perform
• rigorous
• QA testing on reports and dashboards to ensure seamless UAT, Production release and support.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation,
• sanity, functional, integration, and regression, automation
• testing to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop and execute
• test plans, test cases
• for software, data and reporting.
• Collaborate with business,
• clinical, and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with standards (
• HIPAA, HL7, FHIR
• ).
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years
• in QA role.
• Solid understanding of
• QA methodologies
• (functional, integration, regression, automation testing, UAT, defect tracking).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on QA testing and data quality assurance
• verifying and validating reports
• for accuracy and completeness.
• Very strong working knowledge of SQL
• for querying, validation, and data troubleshooting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate
• complex data findings
• clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with
• Power BI
• and proficiency in
• Excel
• (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros preferred).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred experience :
• Experience working with
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Familiarity with
• Snowflake
• or other modern cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with
• ETL processes, CI / CD pipelines
• (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and
• automation
• testing (pytest, Selenium, Robot Framework).
• Exposure to
• programming languages
• (e.g., Python, R, or Java) for data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools like
• JIRA
• or other bug tracking systems.
• Knowledge of
• Agile / Scrum
• methodologies.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
