Descripción del trabajoPosition Type : Contract Contract Duration : 5 weeks Start : As Soon As Possible Pay Rate : $25 / hr Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervisor direction. Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and coworkers. Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established procedures. Verify patient demographic information and signatures post-venipuncture to ensure proper labeling. Maintain required records and documentation with accuracy. Promote a positive organizational image to patients, clients, employees, and the public. Travel as needed to cover multiple locations with minimal notice. Train at various locations depending on trainer availability. 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service background in retail or service environments is highly preferred. Keyboard / data entry experience required. Medical assistant or paramedic training. Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required only in CA, NV, WA). Experience working independently with minimal supervision. Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills Ability to provide error-free work in fast-paced environments Decision-making based on established procedures Superior customer focus and communication Ability to handle multiple priorities Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call needs Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to work multiple locations with minimal notice Commitment to dress code, safety, and operational guidelines Openness and transparency in communication with peers and supervisors Monday-Thursday, 7 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund
