About The Position

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate  Physical Therapist (PT)  to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This  full-time split position  offers the opportunity to work between our Buzzards Bay & North Falmouth, MA rlocations, providing high-quality patient care in supportive, collaborative environments.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who values evidence-based practice, excellent patient outcomes, and teamwork.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical therapy needs through comprehensive examinations and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited  Physical Therapy program  (DPT or equivalent).

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license  (required).

Current  CPR / BLS certification  (preferred).

Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented approach.

Willingness to travel between Buzzards Bay & North Falmouth, MA locations as scheduled.
