Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI / UX Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team on-site in Santee, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the technical skills to bring intuitive and engaging digital experiences to life. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into functional, intuitive designs.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance user experiences.

Serve as key point of contact for web & app user-experience testing, ensuring correct functionality, maximum performance, and accessibility.

Ensure design consistency by following style guides, branding guidelines, and UI patterns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI / UX development.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in related technical. / . / / / /

3-4 years of experience in UI / UX development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range : The expected salary range for this position is $82,000 to $97,000 per year . The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
